Why hello there....are you ready for some supercallifragileixpiallidocious blogging abilities!

Hmmm...blogging...interesting concept. Never have I ever done this before. This will be an experiance for both the reader(s) and myself.

These are my expectations for my audience...be prepared for some wicked blogging action.

My expectations for myself in bloggin' are the following:
  • Late night/early morning blog sessions (possible overly caffienated sessions)

  • New words that have not even been heard of before (I plan on copywriting them to hopefully gain some extra coin in my pockets, after all I am a business major)

  • To provide my audience an adventure of words that stimulate not only the mind, but also stir the soul.

  • Guranteeing mispelled words and grammatical errors (Especially during my late night blogging pow-wows). We will test the spell checker on this blog program to see if it works correctly.

  • Try to be entertaining, maybe some games, or some jokes, but I am sure to gain insight from my audience.

  • and more to come as I see fit.
Now that these standards have been set we can move forward into the 1st entry.

SO, for the some insight into the 1st Project...the SMART MEAL CHALLENGE...

TEAM 5280 CLOSERS WON

That pretty much sums it all up...bu tof course, I am kidding.

Our formiddable foe, AKA the competition, AKA the A-TEAM, posed some threats, but we overcame them like the Spartans defeating the Persians at Thermopylae (that is a possible spelling error, IT HAS BEGUN!). We did however manage to keep our shirts on and not throw spears at the A-Team in our victory. We used our super-human brain power instead and our ridiculously good looking looks to win.

This challenge was very time consuming. I think my teammates and I logged about 140 hours of work into the project over the 3 weeks. Yeah, it was a fulltime job, but the experiances we gained were great, plus we were promoting an awesome program.

The Smart Meal Program is an awesome health intiative that helps consumers in selecting helathy meals while dining out. This is a Colorado based program that is aimed at reducing obesity and the overweight. I personally have many experiances from this 1st challenge, but I will tell you all about that in a later blog when I am not so sleepy and having to go to class in 5 hours. I need my beauty sleep people.

Till then, Cheers!

My Bio

Noah Steingraeber

Name: Noah

Hometown: Born in Utah, but Denver is my hometown

Major: Marketing

Favorite class: Sustainable Marketing

Background:
I am 24 years old and I am currently a full-time junior at Metro State. I work full-time as well, at Ultimate Electronics. I love to travel whenever I have the chance, and I would like to go to Europe soon. I love to learn and experience new things. I am trying to learn how to snowboard this year and have started to take Aikido (Japanese martial art). I am really into learning about sustainable technology such as hybrid cars, wind power, renewable resources, etc. and I hope to market these new technologies to businesses globally. I like to work out, work on cars (and now motorcycles, since I just purchased one) and hang out with friends or family.

Favorite quote:
“The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out and meet it.”
– Thucydides

Why I’m excited about being part of “The Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State”:
I am excited about this program because it will benefit me regardless if I win or not. I look forward to seeing what I am made of and how much I can offer my group with my intellect, experience and talent. I am excited to be one of the original competitors to kick the program off and to hopefully become the best competitor in the program.

Why I should win “The Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State”:
I have many skills and attributes that will make me stand out amongst the competition. I am an extremely focused and driven individual who likes to push beyond the normal boundaries where most people seem to stop. I like to think critically about how to solve the issue at hand and to try and figure out the best solution with the most creativity. With my determination, focus, tenacity and drive there is no reason why I should not win this competition. Someone just better be hungrier for victory then I am, because my hunger is insatiable!
